I found a concrete sandtrooper head anyone know what it's worth?

It was just sitting on the curb by a liquor store so I picked it up. It's made of solid concrete and is painted with white paint. It has a few chips. My boyfriend loves star wars but I'm wondering what it is worth and where it may have come from? Were these actually sold somewhere?

it's probably not worth much except to a collector.
I'm not trying to down you, just that if it was worth a lot of money do you think you'd find it by the side of a liquor store.
