Are there any more spinoffs of Doctor Who like Torchwood or The Sarah Jane Adventures?

Also, what other Doctor Who related things are there (e.g; Doctor Who Confidential)?
Ohhh and if any of you know- how do Torchwood, etc actually tie in with Doctor Who? I'm confused xD

k-9 & company was the attempted Sarah Jane spin-off around 1980 - only the one episode was made.

Torchwood was "created" by Queen Victoria in the episode "Tooth and Claw" to combat extraterrestrial threats. She also banished the Doctor and Rose from the UK! Torchwood is hinted at throughout Series 2 before showing up in the final 2 episodes of that season as a government funded secret organization. For the Torchwood series, Captain Jack is the head of the group. No Doctor Who characters/monsters have appeared in Torchwood, but Jack has alluded to the Doctor on several occasions.

The Sarah Jane Adventures feature Sarah and K9 although his appearances are very limited in Season 1. Sarah is visited by new villians, but also old foes of the Doctor's including Sontarans and Slitheen. She even meets up with the Brigadier from the Classic Series and the 10th Doctor pays Sarah Jane a visit in Series 3.

A new K9 series is airing/set to air in Austrailia. While based on the Doctor Who creation, he has been given a makeover and there is no anticipated tie-in to Doctor Who.
